Din Tai Fung has become one of Australia's leading dumpling chains. With stores all over Melbourne and Sydney, you really can't miss it. Worldwide there are over 150 Din Tai Fung locations. Din Tai Fung is known worldwide for their Xiao Long Bao, or as I like to call them, soup dumplings. The xiao long bao are made with a filling of a gelatinous soup broth which melts when steamed. This soup is what bursts out when you bite into the xiao long bao.
